• Do you offer free quotes?
Yes. All quotes are 100% free with no obligation or additional quote fees.

  • How do I get a quote?
Contact me with the property address and the service you’re interested in. I can schedule an in-person visit or provide a remote quote by reviewing the property online.

  • Do I need to be home while the service is being completed?
No, you generally do not need to be home as long as I have access to the areas being cleaned and any necessary water access.

  • What areas do you service?
I proudly serve Columbia, Missouri, and surrounding areas. Contact me with your address to confirm service availability.

  • What services do you offer?
I provide house washing, driveway and concrete cleaning, patio and walkway cleaning, gutter cleaning and whitening, roof cleaning, and commercial and specialty exterior cleaning.

  • What cleaning solutions do you use?
I use professional-grade cleaning solutions selected specifically for the surface and type of buildup being treated.

  • Will pressure washing damage my property?
I use the appropriate pressure, cleaning method, and solution for each surface. Some surfaces require soft washing or low-pressure cleaning rather than high pressure.

  • Do you provide before-and-after photos?
Yes. I take before-and-after photos when appropriate so you can clearly see the results of the service.

  • What water source do you use for pressure washing?                                                                                                                                                                                         I use the customer’s water supply for each job, connecting to the nearest accessible exterior spigot. I bring all of the necessary professional equipment to complete the cleaning, so you don’t need to provide anything beyond access to a working water source.

  • When will I receive my invoice?
Once your service is scheduled, I’ll send an invoice before arriving at the job site showing the service being performed and the amount due.

  • What happens if the weather is bad on my scheduled day?
If weather conditions are not suitable for the service, I’ll communicate with you and work with you to reschedule for a better day.

  • How far in advance should I schedule my service?
I recommend scheduling as early as possible to secure the date that works best for you. However, I’ll always do my best to accommodate your preferred schedule when availability allows.

  • What happens before my scheduled service?
Before the scheduled service, I’ll communicate with you to confirm the date, time, services being performed, and any important property details. You’ll also receive an invoice outlining the service and amount due.

  • Do you use high pressure on every surface?
No. I choose the appropriate cleaning method based on the surface being treated. Some surfaces require traditional pressure washing, while others are better suited for soft washing or low-pressure cleaning.

  • Can you remove oil, rust, and other difficult stains?
I can treat many types of stains, including oil, rust, tire marks, red clay, organic buildup, and other surface stains. Results can vary depending on the age, severity, and type of stain.

  • Do you protect plants, landscaping, and other areas around my property?
Yes. I take precautions around landscaping, plants, windows, doors, pets, and other surrounding areas. I also pre-treat and post-treat surfaces when appropriate for the service.

  • How do you handle outdoor electrical outlets, light fixtures, and exterior wiring?                                                                                                                               Using notes and visual walkthrough records taken before we start, all outdoor outlets, exterior light fixtures, and sensitive electrical components are taped off or shielded using professional precautions before any water or cleaning solution is applied.

  • Is there anything I need to do with my outdoor lights after the service?                                                                                                                                                     As a standard safety precaution, please keep all exterior lights turned off for 24 hours following the service. While fixture seals keep moisture out during cleaning, leaving them powered off allows everything to dry completely and prevents any rare electrical issues or blown bulbs.

  • Can water damage my electrical setups during a pressure or soft wash?                                                                                                                                                   No need to worry. Taping off connections and following strict low-pressure techniques near fixtures prevents water intrusion, ensuring your home remains completely safe throughout the cleaning process.

  • What if I’m not satisfied with the results?
I stand behind my work. If an area does not meet your expectations, contact me within three days of the completed service. I’ll return at no additional cost to inspect the area and perform a touch-up when appropriate.

  • Can I request a quote without committing to the service?
Absolutely. All quotes are 100% free and come with no obligation to move forward. You can review the quote and decide if the service is right for you.

  • Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes. I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. I’ll work with you to find another date and time that works best.

  • Are you fully licensed and insured?                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Yes. As a fully insured and permitted solo owner-operator, I carry general liability insurance and hold all required business permits to perform work safely on your property.

  • How is liability and damage handled?                                                                                                                                                                                                                     I take personal accountability for every job. My general liability coverage is designed to protect against accidental damage caused by my equipment or work. Final liability determinations are handled according to standard insurance and legal guidelines.

  • What happens if a formal complaint or issue is raised regarding a job site?                                                                                                                                                 If a formal dispute or notice of non-compliance (remonstrance) is raised regarding my work, my permit status allows operations to pause (freeze) immediately. I will conduct a direct inspection, provide clear documentation and proof of safety, and address the issue directly before any work resumes.
